Holiday Paleo Hot Cocoa

Nothing says the holidays like hot cocoa in an adorable mug! This Paleo hot cocoa is a crowd-pleaser and better for you! Made with all organic ingredients, no dairy, and no refined sugars.

This recipe can be easily made in an instant pot or a large pot. I like to make it in an instant pot because I can keep it warm and set it up as a cute hot cocoa bar equipped with a dairy-free whip cream! However, you can totally make this in a large pot and even a crock pot. Either way you make this, it is going to be so silky and luxurious!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cans of Organic Coconut Milk

  • 6-8oz of Organic Pure Gold Maple Syrup

  • 1 Cup of Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • Instant Pot or Large Pot


Serves:  6 People
Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Directions:

  1. In a large pot or in your instant pot- sauté mode, heat up your coconut milk, coco powder, and maple syrup. Stirring the mixture slowly together until incorporated and mixture starts to boil.

  2. Let mixture boil for 1 minute until it is thick, silky, and luxurious. Reduce heat to warm and serve! (Tip: For paleo, serve with coconut milk whip cream.)
