The best way to warm up during the holidays is to transport your mind back to beach weather with a cocktail in hand. This drink recipe adds a little jingle to a Summer favorite.



“Let’s put the rum in pa-rum pom pom pom!”

 

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Bacardi White Rum

  • 1 Cup Fresh Lime Juice

  • 2 Cups of Club Soda or Lemon Lime Soda

  • 1 Cup Mint Leaves

  • 1 Cup Cranberries

  • 5-7 Halved Large Limes

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar

Directions

  1. Cut all limes in half and squeeze lime juice from each into a large pitcher. Throw halved limes into pitcher.

  2. Add sugar and white rum into pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Hand tear mint (without stems) into medium-large bits and cranberries into pitcher. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Tip: Tearing mint into medium—large mint leaf bits reduces leaves being stuck in teeth. Your guests will appreciate it!)

  4. When you’re ready to serve to guests, add club soda to your pitcher. Pour cocktail in glasses and garnish with more mint leaves, cranberries and lime wedges. Enjoy!
