Ingredients
4lbs of Plum Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
6 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Head of Garlic Minced
10 Basil Leaves, Minced
Salt & Cracked Black Pepper To Taste
1 Large Pot
Makes: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 45 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Serve w/: Favorite Pasta
Directions
Put tomatoes in a large pot and cover with water and cover, allow tomatoes to steam until skin starts to come off, remove tomatoes and shock with cold water, peel tomatoes and chop to your liking or blend for smooth sauce.
In a large pot, add olive oil and minced garlic. Once garlic starts perfuming, add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and let cook for 30 mins on medium-low heat.
Add your tomato sauce to your favorite pasta or freeze to use later!
